The award, Machine of the Year 2018, was handed out from a jury of European agricultural journalists. Crister Stark, Chairman of the Board of The Väderstad Group, accepted the award at the official ceremony at Agritechnica.

Ultra-shallow tillage

The unique CrossCutter Disc is intended for intensive ultra-shallow tillage at 2-3cm (3/4” – 1 1/4”) working depth. Because of its disc shape and high quality Swedish steel, the CrossCutter Disc provides a full cut-out and intensive mixing at ultra-shallow working depth.
