Employee Spotlight- Shelly Radcliffe
Shelly Radcliffe, Service Advisor – Regina, 16 years
Shelly Radcliffe started her career at Redhead Equipment 16 years ago as a receptionist in Regina. After year one, she jumped at the opportunity to cover a maternity leave in the service department and has never left. Her role includes payroll, accounting and processing of service reports. She also edits and closes work orders, moves parts and labour around and helps her service techs in the shop with whatever they may need.
One of the biggest challenges of her job she says is working with multiple personalities and trying to make everyone mesh together. However this is one of the more rewarding parts of her job as well – creating a sense of family with colleagues, getting to know the different personalities and working with so many different people: “There is never a dull day,” she adds.
When asked about the meaning of our tag line ‘Whatever it takes’ Shelly said: “a lot of our staff will go above and beyond for our customers, whether answering calls on the weekends or taking calls during personal time. We do what it takes to satisfy our customers.”
Redhead Equipment receives a lot of praise for the commitment to service and that is one of the reasons Shelly has continued working at Redhead, she says it’s also the sense of family she gets from working here that keeps her around.
