At the start of her career with Redhead Lyle Kapell asked her if she would be interested in being the Warranty Advisor, and so she tried that for about 7 years before moving into her current role of Business Manager and Sales Coordinator, which she has enjoyed doing for the past 3 years.
On the daily her role requires creating invoices and sales contracts as well as working through financing options with customers and sales staff.
Kelley says one of the biggest rewards of the job is the final hand shake, and letting the customer know “congrats you own this equipment,” when they come in and sign on a final payment.
