Employee Spotlight – Cindy Brasseur
Cindy Brasseur, Warranty Manager – Saskatoon, 23 years
Cindy Brasseur started working at Redhead Equipment 23 years ago at the branch located in Outlook, Saskatchewan where she worked as a Service Advisor. When the Outlook location closed, she left to work for another company. Eventually she returned to Redhead as a Service Administrator for the Truck and Trailer division in Saskatoon. Three years ago she became a Warranty Manager and has enjoyed it since.
Cindy says one of the challenges of her job is dealing with a lot of different people – Americans, Canadians, customers and staff – and different product lines as well. When dealing with tough situations and warranty issues, Cindy is always trying to keep everyone happy. Knowing that no job is without its difficulties, she enjoys her job and coming to work every day.
When asked what she thinks of Redhead Equipment’s ‘Whatever It Takes’ tagline she said, “On the service side, we’re always on call. I remember once when a customer’s truck broke down in the middle of the night and he couldn’t reach anyone. I came in to let him into the shop so he could get a hose fixed on his truck.” She thinks the tagline is fitting since we always seem to do whatever it takes for our customers.
Reflecting on the longevity of Redhead Equipment celebrating 70 years of business, Cindy speaks highly of Gary himself and how he stands behind his dealership: “Gary has built a reputation for himself and the level of customer experience he commits to everyday and that’s what people follow. They may not follow the brands that Redhead Equipment carries; they will however always come back for the customer service and support that is provided here at Redhead Equipment.” On top of Redhead Equipment’s exceptional customer service, Cindy also thinks Gary provides his staff with great benefits and treats his employees with the utmost respect. “Redhead is like a family and a lot of us have worked together for a long time,” she adds.
