Apprenticeship Incentive

We recognize that there can be financial and logistical obstacles involved when individuals consider taking time away from work to invest in further developing your skills. In order to support this we have developed an Apprenticeship Incentive plan where employees are eligible for a significant bonus which is paid before they leave and when they return from each level of their apprenticeship.

Tuition Reimbursement

Redhead Equipment will reimburse tuition for all successfully achieved levels of approved training during your employment.


Redhead Equipment partners with a number of post-secondary institutions to support the growth of knowledge of individuals in our industry but more specifically our employees. We provide numerous scholarships and work with provincial and private organizations to match funding whenever possible.


Spacious, well lit, state of the art facilities, special tooling and a fleet of 50 late-model fully equipped service trucks.

Extensive Manufacturer Factory Training

We have an annual training budget of more than three million dollars, which we utilize to ensure that our technicians have the best technical training available.


With our balanced array of products lines, technicians have the option to work on multiple unique kinds of machinery such as Heavy Truck & Trailer, Construction or Agricultural equipment.

Boot/Tool Allowance

$1,000.00 annual reimbursement allowance for technicians to purchase high quality boots and develop an inventory of tools necessary for a career in the trade.
